Veronica Garrett was born and raised in California's San Francisco Bay Area before moving with her family to Texas during her teenage years. After graduation, she relocated to Kansas, where she began working at a nuclear power plant at the age of 21.

During her time in Kansas, Veronica came to understand and embrace her transgender identity. This period of self-discovery would become an important part of her personal journey and later influence her writing.

Over the years, Veronica explored diverse experiences and communities, eventually becoming involved in the BDSM lifestyle. These experiences provided insight into human relationships, personal dynamics, and self-expression themes that would later find their way into her storytelling.

After relocating to South Carolina, Veronica began writing fiction inspired by her life experiences. Through the character Rebecca, she shares stories that blend personal insight with creative storytelling.
